Contact Form

Enquiry by Email, Phone, or WhatsApp
When you contact us by email, phone, or via the WhatsApp button, your enquiry, including all personal data arising from it, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing. The WhatsApp button merely links to the WhatsApp application or WhatsApp Web; our website itself does not transfer any data in the process. From the moment the chat is opened, the privacy policy of WhatsApp applies (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin, Ireland): https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b or lit. f DSGVO.
Email Dispatch via Resend
For sending emails from the contact and application form, we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market St #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). The transmitted data (including any uploaded PDF files such as CV or cover letter) is used exclusively to process your enquiry or application. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b or lit. f DSGVO. A data processing agreement (AVV) is in place with Resend.
Application Data
Application data (name, contact data, CV, cover letter, and where applicable details of driving licence, experience, residence status, and language skills) is processed exclusively for the application procedure. The legal basis is § 26 BDSG, where applicable in conjunction with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. In the event of non-hiring, the data will be deleted no later than 6 months after conclusion of the procedure, unless a longer consent or a statutory retention obligation conflicts with this.
